Amber, danged if I know! :) I started to write the first story as a gift for a friend. She and her husband had a little spat (all fixed now!) and stormed into work declaring she hated him. So I asked her to make a list of qualities her perfect man would have and what setting she would like. Her list included everything from werewolves to native american warriors to post apocalyptic romance. I put it all together and came up with this story line. I started to take it so seriously that I submitted it and lo and behold, the publisher liked it. :)
