Random Thoughts Ramble....

I'm hitting 24 hrs awake, so please bear with me. :)

It's snowing outside. Not the normal, regular old winter snow. It's "lake effect" snow. That means it's the large, artificial, Macy's Department Store, made in China, can't possibly be real snowflakes falling from the sky. 

Even creepier, it's falling in perfect voice-over, Christimas musical, Bing Crosby in the next room by the fireplace, rhythm. I was waiting for everyone to break out in song on the way home. It felt like December all over again instead of almost February. 

Which brings me to other news. Most women in this country are wearing the wrong bra. I went and got fitted for a proper bra today as I've been living in sports bras for far too long. I'm a 38DDD. How did that happen? I think I liked the old incorrect system that only had one or two D's. On the upside, it's a really cute Valentine's Day bra that's white with red hearts on it and is incredibly comfortable. What can I say? I was having a girly moment. 

It must be the bellydancing and feeling all uber feminine afterwards. I had a great session today and I'm loving Shimmy, the new bellydancing series on FitTV. Everyone with cable that's ever thought about a bellydancing class should try it out and see how you like it. 

I have about 8 other things I could ramble about but I'm cutting myself off at three. I was able to tie all three of them together but I was only a few keystrokes from a complete non-sequitur and you don't want me to start down that path. *Grin*. So for now...

I can go braless for a bit but any amount of activity requires that the girls have extra support, if only a tank top tied to hold them in place. *grin*

I swear breasts sneak up on you. They're one size on Monday and then it's like "the new Math", you're something else entirely on Tuesday and it's shocking. :)

You know, I didn't get into Shimmy the first time I saw it either. It wasn't until I caught an episode in the middle and tried it out that I found I really liked it. Let me know what you think.

Where is a good place to get fitted for a bra? I never wear one anymore cause none are comfortable and the sports bras give me very little real support.

I got fitted at Laney's. Boston Store and other department stores like it should have a fitter. Also Vicky's Secret and any other lingerie place, but you have to make sure they carry a range of sizes.
