Drive-By Ramble Done

Thanks to everyone who commented on my last entry. I'll reply tomorrow sometime. Right now I don't feel well and I'm moving back to the futon now that I've done my duty and finally printed out my submission packets to send off and be done with them. 

Don't have a wordcount yet because I'm still writing by hand, which I'm off to do more of as we speak. Then one would hope the land of sleep is next for me, but no one hold your breath just in case.

I think the vibes may have helped. I still didn't get enough sleep but I feel better about being tired if that makes any sense.

It makes perfect sense. I'm still out of it tired too but I feel good otherwise (cept for cramps and I know now that's part of my tired thing) messing around on here, reading old threads and plotting. But the feeling better part comes from me probably having tomorrow afternoon off. Knowing I'm probably coming home at noon to rest and recupe and catch up on lost sleep makes the world of difference.

And OK that was a rambly bit of whatever, wasn't it?

And it's odd to find that you're having cramps, so was I today, but my cycle just ended last week. Good to know they were just sympathy pains and I'm not getting yet another period so soon.

It is a very civilized way to write. It took me a long time to get out of the mindset of wanting to finish something by hand first and then transcribe the whole thing afterwards. I couldn't think at first when facing a blank screen. Now fortunately I can go back and forth as I need to.

You sound wiped. Definitely get some rest, but major kudos on all the writing you're doing. I hope you get favorable responses on those submissions packages. Remember, though, there is life beyond writing. Okay, not a lot, but it's good to come up for air now and then. ;-)
