Crush of the Week
Dec. 14th, 2007 08:52 pmHello Kittens,
I had two other choices for today but a search didn't yield pictures up to my standards and so we go with a third option. Much of the country has swooned over number three since the premier of Grey's Anatomy and the debut of Dr. McDreamy, but I remember an early geek crush laid down in the long ago days of 1987 with Can't Buy Me Love. Yes, Lovelies, this Friday's Crush of the Week is Patrick Dempsey.

Come on in if he suits you and come on back next week if he doesn't and we'll give it another go.
I'm happy that the grand viewing public has weighed in and found Patrick worthy, but they're about twenty years late to the party for those of us who say his potential once upon a time. In the 22 movies he's done since then, Sweet Home Alabama was the closest to show what would eventually become the McDreamy of Grey's Anatomy. Strangly enough, as much as I can appreciate the attractiveness that his Dr. Derek Shepard, I'm not a McDreamy fan but I'm happy for all of those who are.
If McDreamy isn't the character link backing up the draw to Patrick then who is? Ah, well as with so many BloodSprite gives him a special place in my heart. The character was cut from book one but appears in books two and three. Well hopefully three, the last scene in book two left things rather precarious. I guess well see.
For now I have to cut this short and head off to work, so onto the pictures.
Enjoy
