Thursday Thirteen: Meta Edition

I'm aghast at the fact that I didn't get a TT out this Thursday. I had planned to do one when I got home today and ended up not getting here until 7pm and then had two hours worth of other obligations. For Shame! But unable to let it pass and knowing those who were worried about me last week will stop by, here is a meta edition where I bring you 13 Reasons I Don't Have A TT This Week.

13 Reasons I Don't Have A Thursday Thirteen
1. I couldn't stay up another moment last night to put one in early.
2. I didn't write out the one I had in mind ahead of time because I was editing all week.
3. I couldn't do it this morning because I had an early lunch date with a friend.
4. The lunch date turned into an all day extravaganza that lasted until after 6pm.
5. I met My Sweetie at 6 and had to traverse the adventure of public transportation to get home.
6. When I got home I had a few moments to unwind before it was time to fulfill a few obligations here at home. And no, I'm not explaining that.
7. By the time I was done I had no idea what I would have done for a 13 if I'd had to the time for it anyway. (Mmm...exhaustion, it's what's for dinner.)
8. Maybe I only had seven reasons for not doing a TT. Oh wait, I know...
9. I spent last night getting ready for OddCon in Madison this weekend.
10. I had to buy a new "magic bra" to take with me, (Remind me to tell the story of the magic bra some day), so I had to shop today rather than write.
11. A random Torchwood fanfic snagged my attention and took up valuable TT writing time.
12. The Torchwood season 1 DVD set took up even more valuable TT writing time as I indulged in the extras. (Yep, I'm that person)
13. Sex took precedence...as it always should.
