Crush of the Week

Hello Lovelies, 

I'm still a bit down as described in Wednesday's post so today has been a somewhat apathetic movement of form, rather than the joyful celebration of existence I would have preferred. I'd go back to bed and wait for things to be better but I work tonight so that's not an option, instead I must soldier on and see what comes of the day, (or night rather). So since I'm up I figured I might as well make sure to pick this week's cutey despite any other mood issues I've got going on. 

I needed to cheer myself up a bit to be willing to get online beyond email so I kicked back with a tried and true method of visual therapy. I chose Stargate SG1, which further depressed me because it's gone and not coming back, (alleged movies aside). But seeing the doctor was good, and where it may not have lifted my mood completely, it was enough yumminess to make me smile for a little while. 

Yes, Lovelies, it's all about our favorite archeologist this Friday, making this week's crush Dr. Daniel Jackson--wait, I mean Michael Shanks who played Dr. Daniel Jackson...Okay, no I meant Daniel, I miss him. But Michael Shanks is great too.

A) If you would do a CotW tonight, but knew deep down your OCD would demand it.

B) Who it would be but basically had that answered as it would be Thaddeus Michael because I figured you were saving him for a time you needed him.

I wasn't going to go into him being Thaddeus beyond my Hunky Scholar reference because I know some folks feel left out when I go into that. But yes, I needed Thaddeus today.

P.S. Yes, I'm off to work in a little bit and from what I saw tomorrow night is even worse than tonight. Ah well...nothing I can do about it but hope for a clear window there and back.

I've been wanting to friend you seeing as how we've a grand mutual friend here and with goth_huntress. And OK I'm not saying she and are great friends coz we're not. Just kind of friends and....anyway, I didn't feel comfortable hijacking her journal to reel you in. This here in xakara-world is a different story. It's my second home.
