I'm Not Judgin' But...

They delayed school here for two hours over...wait for it...2 INCHES of snow! Yes, not 12, not 22, just 2 inches. I don't even know what to say to that.

Heading to work this morning, it was beautiful seeing the huge flakes falling with the mountain as the backdrop, but I'm from Wisconsin, I just can't process a two hour over snow that wasn't sticking to the ground and only accumulated at the airport enough to be measured.

Ah well, hopefully they enjoyed the delay. I'm off to enjoy some sleep and a day off tomorrow.

LOL, well we've had 15-20 cm of snow and darn it I still have to go to work :)

Isn't it funny how warm-weather states are so faint of heart over the littlest things? You should see these SoCal people when it drips a little (I don't call that rain)...they can't even drive! I have had to put my hubs truck into 4-wheel drive just to get to work through snow drifts before. Pansies.
