1) Where did you begin 2008?

On my futon, next to My Sweetie, in Wisconsin.

2) What was your status by Valentine's Day?

Ten years into to what is not an eleven year relationship.

3) Were you in school (anytime this year)?

By my definitions, yes.

4) How did you earn your money?

Selling people stuff, getting people healthy, and once more selling people stuff.

5) Did you go to the hospital? 

Yes.

6) Did you have any encounters with the police?

Outside of "hey, howya doin'?", no.

7) Where did you go on vacation?

I didn't get a vacation.

8) What did you purchase that was over $1000?

The move cost more than that, so I'm going to say yes.

9) Did you know anybody who got married?

No, but lots of engagments. 

10) Did you know anybody who passed away?

Fortunately no.

11) What were your favorite movies of 2008?

The year is too much of a blur. The Day The Earth Stood Still was good.

Edit: Had to go look at what came out this year. Wall-E and Iron Man, definitely.

12) Did you move anywhere?

Yes.

13) How many books did you read this year?

If you can keep track, you're not reading enough.

14) What concerts/shows did you go to?

Yeah, rub it in.

Of course.

16) Who did you want to win Big Brother?

To care less about this show I would need to be unconscious.

17) Where do you live now?

New Mexico.

18) Describe your birthday?

Hot. Itchy.

19) What's one thing you thought you'd never do but did in 2008? 

Move cross-country on 30 days notice.

20) What has been your favorite moment?

My novella debuting.

21) What's something you learned about yourself?

I can adapt and keep rolling to even the most jacked of situations.

22) Any new additions to your family?

no.

February to March

24) What music will you remember 2008 by?

Don't drink often enough to have a buddy

Yep

If one must distinguish, then my best friend is My Sweetie, which is why we're not just ten but 11 years in now!

Dinner, a movie, coming home.

29) Is there anything you wanted to do this year, but didn't?
 
Yes.

30) What are some things you'd like to do in 2009?

Move again. Finish up several projects.

That Big Brother question kills me the way they assume everyone must watch it or something.

I know! It's the same with American Idol and all the other reality tv shows.

Some of us gag at the thought of watching others be humiliated for entertainment, as well as watching the collective intelligence of the nation plummet by mimicking some of thse "starlets" that come from these shows.
